Abstract
Some patients can present 2 or more primary malignancies. They can occur simultaneously or successively. An increasing number of these associations are reported. After reviewing the literature, we found that this association was defined and determined as: Multiple primary malignant neoplasms (MPMNs). Usually, both malignant neoplasms are about a solid tumor or hematological malignancies, rarely it’s a combination between solid tumor and hematological malignancy. We report a case of Moroccan woman with association of rectal cancer with multiple myeloma To the best of our knowledge, this is the second case of these association.
